AUSTRALIAN CRUNCHIE | |
8 oz. butter 5 oz. sugar 3 oz. coconut 2 1/2 oz. crushed corn flakes 1 tbsp. baking cocoa 5 oz. flour Note: If coconut is already sweetened, use less sugar Melt butter over low heat; remove from heat. Stir in sugar, cocoa, coconut, and corn flakes. Gradually stir in flour. Turn into a greased Swiss roll tin. Level with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into squares or triangles while still warm. When cold, cover with melted chocolate if desired. |
