2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 lbs. top loin steak
4 tbsp. soft butter
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. fettucini liquid
1 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. cooked fettucini noodles
Chopped chives
Chopped parsley
Salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Heat oil in large pan, cook meat 1 1/2 minutes on each side. Remove meat. Keep hot in oven. Heat butter in saucepan, pour in cream; mix well. Bring to boil. Cook 3 minutes on high, add fettucini stock and 1/2 cheese; mix well. Stir in cooked noodles. Add seasoning and beef strips. Add remaining cheese.
