MEXICAN LAYER DIP 
1 lg. can refried beans
1 sm. can sliced black olives
1 c. chopped green onions
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 lg. container sour cream
1 1/2 c. Jack cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 recipe guacamole (use at least 3 avocados)
1 lg. bag corn strips

Combine sour cream and taco seasoning. Place beans and 1/2 cup of each cheese in a food processor and process until well blended. Make guacamole using 3 avocados and place picante sauce to taste. Layer as follows.

Make layers each slightly smaller than the one before so that all ingredients show. Bottom to top: beans, sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, green onion, cheeses, olives.
