4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. small curd cottage cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. cornstarch
16 oz. cream cheese
Graham cracker crumbs

Place graham cracker crumbs in a greased 9 x 13 inch cake pans. Beat the sugar, flour, cornstarch, cream cheese, eggs and cottage cheese for 10 minutes. Blend in butter, vanilla and sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour; then turn off the oven, leaving cheesecake in oven 1 hour more.
