2 tbsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. onion powder 2 tsp. ground white pepper 1 tsp. crushed basil leaves 1 tsp. ground turmeric 1 tsp. ground thyme 1 tbsp. paprika Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Pour into a salt shaker and use in place of salt. Yields: 1/2 cup. |
