3-4 lbs. fully-cooked boneless ham
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. light corn syrup
3 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Dash salt and pepper
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Score top of ham. Drain pineapple chunks, reserving juice; set aside. In a small bowl combine pineapple juice, corn syrup, butter, mustard, and allspice. Mix well. For crust: Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Brush pineapple glaze over surfaces of ham. Press crumb mixture into ham. Place ham in shallow baking pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/2-2 hours or crust is golden brown and ham is heated through. Coat with remaining glaze.
