ITALIAN BAKED CLAMS 
36 hard clams
1/4 c. melted butter
1 clove minced garlic
1/8 tsp. thyme leaves
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. tarragon leaves

Chop clams finely. Mix remaining ingredients together with the clams.

Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
