TASTY CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS 
12 Ritz crackers (regular size)
1/2 tsp. paprika or seasoned salt
1 lb. chicken drumsticks (about 6)
2 eggs, beaten

(Good for children to make with adult supervision.)

Crush crackers into fine crumbs. Mix paprika or seasoned salt with crumbs. Wash drumsticks, skin if desired. Dip chicken into eggs and roll in cracker crumbs, coating well. Arrange drumsticks in a row on a 12 x 8 microwave safe dish (use a bacon rack if you have one). Place thicker parts to the outside. Cover with wax paper. Cook in microwave on high 7-8 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. Rotate dish 1/2 way through cooking. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. 2-3 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

This recipe is very very good. I'll do it more and more my husband and my kids love it. I marinated the chicken with onion,salt,and black pepper then I go with the recipe but I put it in the oven for 1 hour.
