CHICKEN DEVON 
2 whole chicken breasts, cooked & deboned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Cheddar cheese, grated (to taste)
1 pkg. broccoli, cooked

Grease casserole. Simmer chicken breasts, then debone. Mix mayonnaise, soup and lemon juice together. Cover bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole with 1/3 of soup mixture and then layer half of the chicken pieces or slices, 1/2 of broccoli. Then a layer of cheese. Repeat layers. Top with soup mixture and then crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
