1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 c. thinly sliced raw potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. shredded pasteurized process American cheese
1/3 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops hot pepper sauce
3/4 c. canned milk
3/4 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. butter
4 slices bacon, diced, fried crisp & drained

Combine flour, salt and pepper; mix. Arrange potatoes, onion, flour mixture and 1/2 of the cheese in layers. In shallow 2 quart casserole combine catsup, Worcestershire, hot pepper sauce, canned milk and boiling water; mix. Pour over potatoes and dot with butter.

Cover and bake in moderate oven, 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and stir. Continue baking until potatoes are tender, 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon. Serve at once. Makes 4-6 servings.
