2 slices bacon
1-1 1/2" slice of pork tenderloin
Salt, pepper & MSG
1/4" slice sweet white onion
1/2" slice tomato
1/4 of a med. size green pepper, chunk
1 slice cheese

Begin by crossing the 2 slices of bacon and placing the slice of pork tenderloin, where the bacon slices cross. Season the tenderloin with salt, pepper and MSG. Next stack the onion, then the tomato and finally the green pepper. Bring the bacon slices up around the stack and secure them on top with a toothpick.

Place tenderloin package on the grill over a drip pan and cook for 45 minutes; 10-15 minutes before package is done, place the slice of cheese on the top.
