12 oz. cream cheese
1 pt. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
3 pkgs. lady fingers
1 can pineapple pie filling
1 can pie filling (blueberry, cherry or pineapple)
Coconut (optional)

Combine cream cheese and vanilla. Add sugar; continue to cream until smooth. Whip cream. Fold into cheese mixture. Fold pineapple pie filling into cheese mixture.

Line bottom and sides of springform pan with lady fingers. Pour 1/2 of cheese mix over lady fingers. Place more lady fingers over cheese mix to cover. Pour remaining mix into pan. chill at least 4 hours. Spread can of other pie filling of choice over top. Garnish edge of cake top with plain or tinted coconut if desired.
