Pork Chops with Apple Stuffing

This was a great 3rd of July meal for the family. It was a very special meal for us all. We used cranberry and pecan instant stuffing of regular stuffing. The flavaored herbs worked well with the apple and spices of this recipe. We used pork chops with bones, but that worked well too.

I follwed the directions exactly; however after an hour the meat was not cooked and apples were not hot. I took the apples off and browned the meat, and put apples back on and cooked for another 15 minutes and then another 3 minutes on broil. Delicious!

I used this recipe with boneless chops and cranberry stuffing . I butterflied them and put some of the stuffing inside. Awesome!! Great easy recipe.

Way too sweet. I would add much less sugar (if any) to the apple mixture. It was also too moist. I think the juice from the apples added too much moisture, so I might not add as much water to the dressing as it calls for. I will probably try to make it again with less sugar and less water. My family enjoyed the recipe, so I will definitely make it again with those changes.

I made this for my family the other day. They loved it. I used twice the stuffing though. I didn't have nutmeg so I substituted ground cloves. It was just as good. Recommend this highly.

Yummy! Hubby was really pleased. This one is a keeper. I paired it with acorn squash which really complimented the dish.

I used my own stuffing recipe, but followed the rest with the apples. Used three healthy looking chops. I did put oven to 375°F as suggested in a comment because of the size of the meat. Cooked for the hour and took chops out and uncovered to let my stuffing brown. Was a very delicious meal.

Prepared this for my wife and had it ready (almost) when she got home from work. 30 minutes after dinner and she is STILL raving about it. Only variance I made was to use Stove Top Apple stuffing (seasonal) but she said even without that, it would have been wonderful.

This was super easy and yummy! I cut down the recipe on the apples by half and browned the chops first (just a few minutes) they were pretty good sized chops. Used the 375°F temp and all was perfect.. Very easy, and delicious recipe. THANKS!

Used Pork Flavored Stovetop. Followed prep directions per the recipe, but placed everything in a crockpot. Cooked for 6 hours and enjoyed. My husband and I fully enjoyed this. Would make this again!

Made this in a hurry at friend's request for stuffed pork chop dinner. I had serious doubts when putting it together. What a pleasant surprise. Everyone, adults and kids loved it. They licked the pan clean and looked for more. This is a keeper!
