1 stick butter
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar

Melt butter, add box of yellow cake mix. Add 2 eggs and mix well. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan evenly. Blend 2 eggs, cheese and powdered sugar. Mix well and pour over first mixture. Bake at 325 degree oven for approximately 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Toothpick will not come out dry, it will be sticky.
