QUICK PIZZA DOUGH
 

1 1/2 cups flat beer
3 3/4 cups all purpose flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1 /2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. butter or olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. quick-rise active dry yeast

Mix and knead 10 minutes. Form into balls. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes, then roll out for pizza. Dough may also be made up the day before and stored overnight in refrigerator.

This same recipe may be prepared in a bread machine following manufacturer's directions.
