5 or 6 potatoes, peeled and cut up
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
2 c. Velveeta cheese (shredded)
In saucepan add potatoes, onion, celery and about 2 cups salted water. Boil until ingredients are tender. Do not drain. Add 2 to 3 cups milk, heat until boiling point, then add ham and cheese. Heat until cheese melts. DO NOT BOIL! If too thick, add milk.
