JULIA CHILD'S CUISINART PIE CRUST | |
1 3/4 c. flour 1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter, cut up 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 tsp. salt Blend flour, butter, oil and salt in Cuisinart until crumbly. Add 1/4 cup of cold water and continue blending until ball forms. Makes dough for a double crust pie or 2 single crusts. |
