Great recipe! I make a minor variation of 2 cans of Golden Mushroom Soup and 8 oz. of sour cream to increase the amount of gravy/juice that's cooked with the chicken. Then I serve it over white rice - it's a family and party favorite. The leftovers are good to put in a freezer bag - then you microwave and voila - lunch the next day. It's just as good (some say even better) as a heated leftover.
