JELLO POKE CAKE
 

1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix (2 layer size)
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello gelatin
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 c. water for cake mix
1 container non dairy topping (like Cool Whip) (12 oz.)
1 c. water for Jello

Prepare cake with eggs, oil and water according to package directions. Bake in 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Poke holes all across the cake with a fork. Dissolve flavored gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Pour warm gelatin slowly over cake. The gelatin will soak into the cake. Chill 4 hours. Spread Cool Whip over top. Keep refrigerated.
