PACIFIC LIME MOLD SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. of lime gelatin
1 c. of boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple (9 oz.)
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello in water, add pineapple juice, chill until slightly thickened. Beat until frothy, fold in remaining ingredients. Chill to set.
