1 pt. cottage cheese, small curd
1 sm. box orange Jello
1 med. size Cool Whip
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained

Sprinkle dry Jello on cottage cheese. Mix in 1 can oranges and Cool Whip. Mix well arrange 2nd can of oranges in any pattern on top of salad. Refrigerate an hour before serving. Other flavors of Jello and fruits can be used.
