FRIED RICE 
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can of meat or any leftover meat
3 or 4 scrambled eggs
1 c. uncooked rice
Oil (enough to fry eggs)
Soy sauce to taste
Pepper & seasoned salt to taste

Cook rice. Add a little oil in frying pan and scramble eggs, take eggs out and set aside. Add green pepper and onion, cook until browned. Then add meat and rice; heat through, then add eggs, soy sauce, pepper and seasoned salt.
