BROILED POLISH SAUSAGE DINNER 
1 lb. Kielbasa
1 can (16 oz.) whole potatoes, drained
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. sauerkraut, rinsed & drained well
1 red apple, chopped
1 tsp. caraway seed
1/4 tsp. salt & pepper

Line broiler with foil. Cut sausage diagonally 1/2 inch slices and place on end of pan. Rub the potato with 1 tablespoon of oil. Roll potato in bread crumbs mixed with cheese, set on grill next to potatoes, broil 8 minutes - 6 inches from heat until lightly browned.

Mound sauerkraut mixed with apple, sugar, caraway seed, salt and pepper next to potatoes. Turn sausage and potatoes. Broil 10 minutes.
