COON CHEESE SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) coon cheese (or extra sharp)
1 lb. pkg. sausage (mild or hot)
4 c. Bisquick

Melt cheese. Remove immediately from heat. Crumble sausage into cheese and add Bisquick. Roll into small balls and bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 350 degrees.
