ANGEL KISSES 
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites until frothy. Add cream of tartar and salt. Beat until stiff but not dry. Add sugar 2 tablespoons at a time, beat after each addition. Fold in chocolate chips and vanilla. Cut up a brown grocery sack and place on cookie sheet. Drop mixture by teaspoon full on the paper about 2 to 3 inches apart. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes or until light brown and dry. This will make about 24 cookies.
