ALMOND ROCCA 
1 lb. butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped almonds
1 or 2 lbs. dipping chocolate
2 c. ground almonds

Melt butter, add sugar and boil gently over low heat, stirring constantly. When sugar mixture just begins to turn darker add almonds and cook until past crack stage. Pour into large cookie sheet until cool. Break into pieces. Dip pieces into melted chocolate then ground almonds.
