FROZEN BANANA SPLIT DESSERT 
2 c. graham crackers, crushed
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 to 3 bananas
2 qts. ice cream
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. whipped cream
1 c. graham crackers, crushed

Prepare graham cracker crust by pouring 1/3 cup melted butter over 2 cups graham crackers. Mix well. Spoon this crust into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Press down with spoon. Slice bananas and lay over crust. Slice ice cream 1/2 inch thick and lay on top of bananas. Sprinkle nuts over ice cream. Freeze until firm. Melt chocolate chips and 1/2 cup butter over low heat. Add cup confectioners' sugar and evaporated milk to chocolate mixture. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool slightly (not too long or it will become stiff). Pour over ice cream. Freeze until ready to serve. Before serving spread whipped topping over top. Sprinkle 1 cup graham cracker crumbs over all.
