EASY WHITE FUDGE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt
2 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Grease 9x5-inch loaf pan. In small mixer bowl at low speed, beat cream cheese, vanilla and salt until smooth; gradually beat in sugar until well blended, scraping bowl frequently with rubber spatula. With spoon stir in nuts. Spoon into pan; spread evenly. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 24 pieces. Makes 3/4 pound.
