1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. tarragon
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tomatoes, sliced thinly
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced thin
1/2 sm. onion, sliced

Combine all ingredients and chill.
