I tried doing it by frying it instead of baking. Not the greatest choice i made. i'm sure it would of been better baking. thanks :o)

I used boneless chicken breasts which I cut lengthwise to get more of the breading on each piece. It was crunchy and tender. I would have preferred to taste more peanut butter. Also, it tasted a bit too salty. Next time I will reduce salt and add more peanut butter.

It was very good. I used large breasts and cut them in thirds. I thought it could use a little zing. Next time I'll try it with cayenne, or maybe curry.

I used a wok and took chicken breast cut them in bite size pieces. Made up the peanut butter sauce only did not add salt or pepper, instead a small amount of powdered sugar to get a sweet and salty taste! I made rice and stir fry veggies. Served rice then veggies over top with the chicken and peanut butter sauce over that. It was perfect!! My 3 kids ate every last bite! Which is saying a lot since they are all picky eaters

A variation I like to use is:

increase peanut butter to 2/3 c.
add 1 tsp powdered sugar
add 1 tsp ground cinnamon
add 2 tsp ground cayenne pepper or hot sauce
add 1 tbsp curry powder
No butter drizzle

Add the powdered sugar and cinnamon to the egg before you stir in the peanut butter, then add the pepper and curry powder as you stir the peanut butter in. If using hot sauce instead of pepper, add it at the same time as the milk.
