BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE
 

4 c. blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Place berries, sugar and cornstarch in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until berries become juicy and thicken. Stir in lemon juice. Pour into shallow 2-quart baking dish.

In small bowl, combine rest of ingredients, mix with fork until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over berries. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until top browns.
