Good, but too salty for my tastes. I omitted the Kitchen Bouquet and cream soup, which are both really salty. Instead, I added fresh ground black pepper, some garlic, and enough water to cover roast. It was falling apart and absolutely delicious! Just serve broth over potatoes, rice or noodles and add a side of bread for a hearty meal!

Very good I tried it and did put the mushroom soup with less salt in it. I did put baby carrots in the crock pot. Did not put any water in it and the sauce was great.I used the sauce on mashed potatoes. Had left overs and can't wait for left overs.
