1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
1 egg, well beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. nuts

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, well beaten
1 box confectioners' sugar

Combine the ingredients for the crust. Mix well and mash into the bottom of a 12 x 8 x 2 inch pan, bringing the sides up just a little.

Filling: In a mixing bowl, cream the cheese well. Add eggs and sugar alternately. Pour onto crust.

Bake 40 minutes or until lightly browned at 350 degrees.
