2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. oil 2 cloves garlic 1 med. onion 1 lb. fresh string beans 1 c. chicken broth Heat frying pan and add oil. Slice up garlic and onion and fry until golden. Then add soy sauce and pieces of broken string beans. Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Serves 4. |
