VEGETABLE GARDEN BREAD | |
Dissolve 1 package yeast in 1/3 cup warm water. Blend: 1/4 c. oil 1 egg 3/4 c. chopped cabbage 1 chopped carrot 1/4 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. chopped parsley 2 tbsp. honey 1 tsp. salt Add: 1 1/4 c. white flour Let rise about 1 hour. Punch down. Make 2 balls. Rest, covered, 10 minutes. Shape into round loaves on greased baking sheet. Rise, covered, about 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees. |
