1 lb. pork, cut into cubes
3 cloves garlic chopped
2 chopped onions (prefer big onions)
3 chopped tomatoes
2 pieces of fresh picked eggplants, sliced
1 small pack bagoong
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 pork cubes
3 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup water
Fry the pork umtil it is golden brown, then set it aside. Saute' garlic, onions and tomatoes in olive oil, then add sugar, vinegar and eggplant.
Simmer for 2 minutes, then add the bagoong. Mix the pork and the water and simmer for 5 minutes. Chili sauce can be added. (Optional).
Serve hot.
Serves 6 to 7 people.
