EASY MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE
CREAM
 
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. peppermint extract
3-4 drops green food coloring
2 tbsp. water
2 c. heavy whipped cream
1 c. sm. chocolate baking chips

In large bowl combine sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, green food coloring and water. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream and chocolate chips. Pour into foil-lined 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Freeze in freezer compartment of refrigerator for 6 hours or until firm. Makes about 1 1/2 quarts.
