BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN
 

boneless chicken thighs or breasts
thinly sliced bacon
portabella mushrooms

Slice chicken and mushroom into strips. take one strip of chicken and one strip of mushroom, wrap with a slice of bacon. Skewer with a round wooden toothpick which has been soaked in water for 1/2 an hour.

Grill over hot white coals until the chicken is cooked through and is no longer pink.
