CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 
1/2 c. peanut butter, chunky or smooth
1/4 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Line tiny muffin pans with paper baking cups to fit. Mix together the peanut butter, corn syrup, powdered sugar and vanilla. Knead this until smooth. Melt the chocolate chips and spoon some into paper muffin cups, then add some peanut butter mixture to cover the edges. Top with more chocolate. Chill until firm and keep stored in the refrigerator. Makes 4 dozen.
