8 c. Crispix cereal
1 stick butter
1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
1 c. chocolate chips
2 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. brown paper bag

Put cereal in large bowl. Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips. Add melted mixture to cereal and mix into the paper bag with the sugar; shake until well coated. Pour mixture onto wax paper and let dry. Store in airtight plastic container.
