1 c. raw chicken
3 tbsp. oil
1 clove finely chopped garlic
1/2 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. soy sauce
Sliced cucumbers
1 egg
6 c. rice
Chopped green onions
Whole green onions

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Heat oil in skillet over high heat. Add garlic and cook to golden brown. Add chicken and brown. Crack egg into another skillet and scramble. Add to chicken and cook about 3-5 minutes until chicken is done. Add onion and rice; turn heat to medium. Stir and cook until thoroughly heated, about 2 minutes. Add some finely chopped green onions and soy sauce, stir and remove from heat. Slice and fry in another skillet the hot peppers. Garnish cowpot with cucumbers, green onions and fried peppers.
