FANCY MEATLOAF 
12 sheets filo dough
3/4 lb. bulk sausage, ground
3/4 lb. ground round steak
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. basil, crumbled
2 tbsp. oregano
2 eggs
1 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Romano cheese
1 stick butter/butter, melted

Mix all ingredients together, except dough and butter. Shape into loaf. Thaw filo as package directions. Brush each sheet with melted butter. Use all 12 sheets; place loaf in center. Roll up sheets. Brush butter over top and ends. Fold ends under and place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool 15 minutes before slicing.
