TEXAS MATADOR 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
2 lb. ground beef
3 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
6 green onions, chopped
1 c. grated cheese

Cook noodles and drain. Brown ground beef and drain. Add salt, sugar, and pepper. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and garlic. Cook 10 minutes over low heat. Add the cooked noodles, sour cream, cream cheese, and green onion. Place in casserole and cover with grated cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Yield 8 servings.
