1 bunch of Dino Kale
yams or sweet potato
1 small Red Onion
7 cloves of Garlic
1/4 cup pinenuts (optional)
1 tsp Tumeric
4 pinches of cayenne pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
Coconut oil or other desired oil
Sesame oil

Add oil to the skillet. Heat on high add chopped onion and garlic. Wait a minute for the oil to simmer. Then add the yams diced flat/coin like about 1/2 centimeter thick . Allow to sear on both sides for a few minutes each. Next add the dino kale cut to your desire and pine nuts. Stir well over high heat. Add tumeric, cayenne, soy sauce then drizzle a small amount of sesame oil. Stir then serve as a side or over rice.
