1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 green pepper, chopped
3 sm. summer squash or zucchini, cut in pieces
3 lg. tomatoes, cut in sixths
3 ears of corn, cut in 1 inch pieces
Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
Optional: 1 lb. cooked and drained hamburger

A recipe dating back to the time of the Aztecs. Cook onion in butter until golden. Add 1/4 cup water and the rest of the ingredients and cook covered until vegetables are tender. Serves 6.
