4 pounds pork spareribs
1 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups Coke
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 teaspoons Hungarian paprika
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 medium onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients (except for pork) in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat 10-15 minutes.

Cut ribs into serving sized pieces and grill over white hot coals. Cook slowly for about an hour, turning frequently.

Baste with sauce and turn often leaving on grill about 30 minutes.
