PUMPKIN-PINEAPPLE BREAD 
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour, sifted
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Blend sugar and oil; beat in eggs. Add pumpkin and blend well. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pumpkin pie spice. Add to pumpkin mixture. Blend in nuts, raisins and pineapple. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 325 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
