1 pkg. somen
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 kamaboko, slivered
2 eggs, scrambled, slivered
1 Chinese roasted pork, slivered
2 green onions, chopped


2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 1/2 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Boil somen, rinse and drain well. Lay somen in serving dish, garnish with lettuce over somen. Then kamaboko, eggs, roast pork and green onions.

Mix sesame seeds, salt, salad oil, vinegar and soy sauce in a jar and shake well. Pour over salad and let stand for 1/2 hour before serving. Extra sauce may be made and served with the somen.
