WHISKEY PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. dark Karo
1/4 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1 stick butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. flour
grated peel of large orange
1/4 c. whiskey
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

In a saucepan, mix sugar, Karo, soda and salt. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in the butter, beaten eggs, flour, orange peel and whiskey. Pour into unbaked pie crust.

Bake at 325°F for 50 minutes or until firm in the center.
