CINNAMON PASTRIES 
18 slices white bread
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. sugar & cinnamon to taste

Cut crust off bread. Mix cream cheese, sugar and egg yolk with fork. Spread on bread. Roll each slice like a jelly roll. Dip in melted butter. Roll in sugar and cinnamon. Place in 10 x 13 inch pan, then freeze. (Must be frozen.) Take out desired number of pastries and bake frozen at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Very Good!
